First time battle of RCSS/SSA and Government army after signing for reaffirming the Union-level peace talks

Troops of the Restoration Council of the Shan State and government troops fought the first time after they signed to reaffirm the Union-level peace talks on the 68th Union Day at Naypyidaw. The government troops looked for the encampment of RCSS/Shan State Army troops in the area of Mourkmai Township and attacked the troops of RCSS/SSA while they gave training to the public.
Last 28 February 2015 government troops of LIB 248 under the control of brigade 2 (Murngnai) with a force of 49 looked for RCSS/SSA troops and attacked, lasting one hour, between two villages (Nounkoa and Sounggay villages) in the Wannar area, Mourkmai Township. Due to the government troops entered to the zone of RCSS/SSA and attacked them first and they stepped on the trap bomb of RCSS/SSA and one troops of the government was seriously injuried.
Four groups of ethnic armies and the government had signed for reaffirming the Union-level peace talks on the 12 February Union Day at Naypyidaw including RCSS/SSA. And then the chairman of RCSS/SSA also met with Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on 13 February 2015 for building trust between the two armies.
